A stabbing occurred this afternoon in Washington D.C. at the Tenleytown Metro Station.
Police taped off the area for investigation and cleanup of a blood spat next to the escalator.
According to NBC4, a woman using a motorized wheelchair stabbed a man outside the station. The woman is in custody.
The man was taken to a hospital. His condition is unknown but he was conscious and breathing.
A large knife was found at the scene.
