Jake Lang and his supporters rode in the back a vehicle onto a sidewalk in Minneapolis where fighting immediately began with counter-protesters.

What appeared to be Lang’s security fired pepper spray into the crowd including press, as local police arrived.

Protesters attempted to pull Jake Lang from his vehicle in Minneapolis as police and his security struggled to protect him.

The angry counter-protesters surrounded the truck, throwing objects at him as he attempted to shield himself with a crucifix.

Minneapolis Police escorted Jake Lang’s vehicle as crowds kicked and threw objects at the car.

At least one person was arrested in the scuffle before Lang and a security vehicle drove off, leaving the protesters to face off with the police.

Following Jake Lang’s extraction from Minneapolis City Hall, police continued to face off with the counter-protesters, making arrests.

“F*** you MPD, you protect Nazis!” the crowd shouted.

Protesters celebrated and traversed the barricades as the Minneapolis Police retreated into City Hall following Jake Lang’s departure from the scene.

One man had shown up to the anti-Jake Lang protest ostensibly on the anti-Jake side.

However, after being identified as an alleged convicted sexual abuser, he was also hit several times, maced, and had objects thrown at him as he fled the scene.

One biker apparently unrelated to the protest attempted to pass the anti-Jake Lang protesters, one of whom swiped an American flag bandana off his head.

The man fought to get it back, resulting in him being struck several times and maced by the crowd before fleeing on his bike.

“I want to congratulate us all on another successful Jake Lang humiliation ritual!” a protester announced after Lang’s event ended.

“Just in case Jake needs another reminder how bad we’re willing to whoop his ass to keep him off our streets, we’re gonna keep holding this down.”

One counter-protester managed to end up with one of the signs Jake Lang’s group had arrived with.

Originally reading “freedom of speech is absolute” she modified it to “free pee is absolute.”

In a post by Minneapolis Police later this afternoon, officials confirm that Lang and his followers were all promptly arrested afterwards.
