Trump supporting protesters and counter-protesters showed up at the Minocqua Brewing Company in Minocqua, Wisconsin on Saturday after the bar advertised that free beer would be served when President Trump dies.

A man dressed as Luigi held a sign celebrating Charlie Kirk’s assassination, while Trump supporters yelled “enjoy your piss water! and “Have fun in prison!” toward Kirk Bangstad, the brewery’s owner.
Kirk was reportedly visited by federal agents investigating his postings last week, which followed the alleged assassination attempt against Trump by suspect Cole Allen.
“ANTIFA PARKING ONLY” a sign read at the brewery parking lot, where people attended an event.
Police arrested the man dressed as Luigi, who was wearing a cape portraying a dagger on it.
“Good job guys!” a Trump supporter complimented the police.
The man dressed as Luigi was promptly released, and explained that he’d been charged with “disorderly conduct” because “I told someone I’d f***ed their mother.”
“I literally did f*** his mother!” he explained.
The alleged victim, a man in a Trump hat, said “I had him arrested.”
“He said he was gonna f*** my mother,” the MAGA man explained. “That’s not correct.”
Kirk Bangstad, the bar owner currently under investigation for his comments suggesting free beer when President Trump dies, served a “resistance pilsner.”
It was intended as a “Madam President” label, but Harris lost in 2024, necessitating the rebrand.
Trump supporters and opponents both spoke outside the brewing company.
One Trump supporter described that he “had Democratic friends” but “now they hate me, because I voted for President Trump.”
One opponent of Trump says the “Democratic Party isn’t supporting people” citing “Tammy Baldwin just voted to give billions of dollars to ICE! Those same people at ICE are hurting our citizens. How does that even make sense?”
