Thousands marched Friday in the March for Life in Washington DC to oppose abortion, the 50th annual such event and the first to take place since Roe v Wade was overturned.

As the March for Life began on the National Mall in Washington DC, a protester shouted pro-abortion access slogans at the anti-abortion activists, leading police to remove him from the area.

Self-described Christian Nationalist organization The New Columbia Movement participated in the 2023 March for Life in Washington DC, where they held American flags altered to include a cross potent.

As the 2023 March for Life arrived at the Supreme Court on Friday afternoon, abortion access supporting counter-protesters were already there to oppose them, leading to verbal conflict. “Be gay, fund abortion” said one large banner a protester unfurled.

Outside the Supreme Court on Friday during the March for Life, News2Share spoke to two women with “J6” written on their faces who say they were at January 6.

“They gave him no credit today,” one says. “Without President Trump, we’d still have abortion-on-demand in all 50 states.”

“We need a national ban,” on abortion, one said. “From conception to natural death.”

One says most politicians lack the courage to do so, and adds “if we would have elected the right people, we wouldn’t have ever needed a January 6th!”
