Hundreds of protesters marched in Fishers, Indiana against former Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino’s “Mass Deportation Rally” tonight nearby.
One pro-deportation protester showed up wearing a Sonnenrad and skull mask and was surrounded through the march.
“Hey hey, ho ho, Greg Bovino’s got to go!” chanted the protesters as they marched in Fisher, Indiana.
“Deport Bovino back to Satan’s butthole” read one sign portraying the former border commander’s likeness.
“Pee-wee German” said another.
Anti-Bovino protest marshals attempted to keep the peace between the apparent neo-Nazi and the crowd surrounding him and chanting “incel!”
One invoked the First Amendment saying “This gentleman” has the right to be there, prompting disapproval among some in the crowd.
A protester grabbed the apparent Nazi’s Sonnenrad hat off; others stomped his signs.
“He has a right to hold his signs” a marshal said.
“If we remove him, we are no better than Trump removing everybody from the Reflecting Pool” a woman added, as the man threw a Nazi salute.
“We are the movement, liberation proving, for every single human, we have to win,” sang the crowd opposing Greg Bovino’s “Mass Deportation Rally” in Fishers, Indiana.
A speaker described that “the powers that be ascribe that same scapegoat status [as Nazi Germany] to immigrants.”
“The idea that all of America’s problems can be lumped onto immigrants is not only false, but a continuation of the demonizing of the other.”
Prior to the anti-Bovino rally being cut short due to an thunder storm, a speaker read a segment from Elie Wiesel: “We could not prevent their deaths the first time, but if we forget them they will be killed a second time. And this time, it will be our responsibility.”
As the rally concluded, the Sonnenrad and skull-mask wearing Nazi protester fled as anti-Bovino protesters yelled “run p****!” at him.
Some went to chase him, but a woman blocked them and demanded “let him disengage!”
