Riot police in Washington DC arrested several protesters Saturday night outside the District 4 police precinct after some threw eggs at the windows and kicked a ballot dropbox.
Officers surrounded the group in a “kettle” formation as Lieutenant Bagshaw pointed out individual participants for arrest.
Protesters were speaking out against the death of Karon Hylton, who was hit by a car after police chased him allegedly for not wearing a helmet on a moped early last week.
