Protesters gathered in New York City Wednesday night following President Donald Trump’s acquittal in the senate trial to protest the results, while some came out to support the president.

Police mostly managed to separate the two sides, but brief fighting occurred when a pro-Trump activist entered the anti-Trump side of the barricade.

About eight anti-Trump activists were arrested at Columbus Circle before the group marched toward The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

“Losers!” chanted pro-Trump activists they passed along the way.
